Transfer an NFT to game vault and withdraw from game vault

After an NFT(hero, or summoning stone) is purchased, players need to transfer them from Web3Games Portal to game vault to make them operable in game.

And then this NFT will only be operable in game, if a player wants to sell or transfer it to another player, then he/she need to withdraw it from game vault to Web3Games Portal first.
